We would like to indicate, that on 19.03.2018 the draft of the Measure of the Ministry of labour, social matters and family on the amounts of daily subsistence allowances was issued into the discussion procedure. This draft anticipates following changes in daily subsistence allowance:

• For the time zone 5 up to 12 hours of duration of the working trip from 4,50 € to 4,80 €,
• For the time zone 12 up to 18 hours of duration of the working trip from 6,70 € to 7,10 €,
• For the time zone above 18 hours of duration of the working trip from 10,30 € to 10,90 €.

Presumed effective date of this Measure is June 1^st,2018.
The minimum value of the meal voucher according to §152 Sec. 4) of Labour code would be 3,60 Euro.
